I have been very interested in getting a massage chair for many years, but have always been hesitant due to concerns about difficulty getting any service if the chair breaks down since it seems like a lot of people have trouble finding a repair technician, have to buy parts on their own, and self install. I have tried massage chairs at Sam's club being advertised by traveling salesmen, but you are under so much pressure to quickly buy a chair before they close up their exhibit and go. I was so excited to see that Orlando Luxury Massage Chairs is open year round. Hyun runs the store and is an official Osaki retailer. She also sells some other brands of massage chairs. She and her team provide repair services in addition to sourcing parts for the massage chairs. She gave us plenty of time to test out the massage chairs, was able to answer our questions, provided the best price on an excellent model that even beat online prices from the Osaki website and other retailers. We were also able to purchase an official Osaki extended warranty through her store. We were expecting the chair to be delivered and assembled within 2 weeks but to our surprise they were able to deliver within 2 days! The technician found a damaged part during the installation and Hyun will be ordering it to be replaced within the next week. I highly recommend Orlando Luxury Massage Chairs as the place to buy massage chairs as you will get excellent customer service and great prices from Hyun which cannot be found through an online store.
